Eddie Dunbar is hoping for a re-set in 2026 after some crashes undermined his bid to repeat his 2024 season - when he won two stages at La Vuelta, including the queen stage. And he will certainly look the part in the year ahead.
Having moved to a new squad, Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, Dunbar has been officially unveiled today, in his new colours for the coming season and on his new bike, the Pinarello Dogma F Sram Red eTap AXS.
There is definitely shades of the Aqua Blue Sport team kit - no bad thing - as the main colour is a navy blue, with the sponor names and logo in white and gold. The bike is also finished in the same navy and gold colour scheme.
"The new Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team jersey design evolves the visual language we began developing last season to reflect the Italian values of premium, daring, design that we share with Pinarello," said Q36.5 founder Luigi Bergamo.
"The result is a kit that allows our riders to feel, from the very first moment they pull on the kit, that they are part of something special and unique: the only team in the Professional peloton founded and powered by Italian technical partners. We can’t wait to see this jersey, and our iconic Dottore bib shorts, racing sharp at the front of the bunch."
