This pedestrian walks into the road and into the path of this rider, then stalls and gets a smack - with the cyclist coming off worse.
We've all been that soldier; you're coming home from a long hard spin or maybe commuting to work or college and somebody walks out into your path and freezes.
The clip below, recorded from a vehicle dashcam in London traffic, shows a cyclist using a bike lane approaching a bus by the side of the road.
A man walks into the road from the right, only for the cyclist to go wide in an apparent effort to pass behind the man.
However, the pedestrian sees the bike change direction and assumes he's coming at him.
He momentarily stalls, unsure whether to charge forward or go back.

And in the split second he's trying to make up his mind, the rider smacks into him.

While the cyclist definitely got the worst of the exchange in crashing to the ground, neither men appeared to be seriously injured.
It just goes to show; you need to expect the unexpected when you’re on your bike, especially in built up areas.

Both looked pretty dazed after the incident though thankfully neither seemed to be badly injured. But the cyclist definitely came off worse. Just hope his kit wasn't torn or his bike damaged!
