Ben Healy (EF Education-EasyPost) took an incredible win on stage 8 at Giro d'Italia yesterday; getting clear in the breakaway before going solo with 50km to go and winning the stage by two minutes.
It was the 22-year-old's first win in what is his debut Grand Tour and followed a breakthrough spring campaign. Also yesterday, the general classification men raced the finale harder than expected, with Ireland's Eddie Dunbar (Team Jayco AlUla) more than holding his own.
