In the medals again; Mark Downey celebrates his second trip to the podium at the World Cup in Cali, Colombia tonight.
Having taken a gold medal with Mark Downey in the points race and a bronze with Lydia Gurley in the scratch race, Ireland are on the podium for the third time at the UCI World Cup in Cali, Colombia.
This time Downey has done it again with Madison partner Felix English to take a silver medal.
The duo were in the thick of the action in the sprints and were the first of three pairings to gain a lap in the closing kilometres of the race.
They would then go on to gain a second lap during the very closing stages of the race.
And their heroics were enough to secure them the silver medal behind winners Denmark, with Russia taking bronze.
