During the Rás we brought you a nifty little clip of Team Aquablue giving forensic level advice to its riders in the cavalcade while refuelling the team with liquids on the run.
And it seems the Cork-based crack squad was very busy with its cameras all during the eight-day race.
It has published this fantastic extended behind the scenes film of everything - well, almost everything - that went on during the race.

Tim Barry was the manager of the team during the Rás with a fantastic line-up that included Matteo Cigala, Anto Walsh, Conor Hennebry, Sean Lacey and Sean McKenna.
