Nicolas Roche's work wasn't done even after a long low crab training ride at Team Sky's training camp. Back in the hotel he was part of this publicity shoot for one of the team's sponsors. A superstar's work is never done at the biggest team in the world...
Here's a nice little piece from the boys at Global Cycling News - Dan Lloyd and Matt Stephens - from Team Sky's recent training camp.
It gives a great insight into a day in the life of the team from dawn to dusk.
There's some good detail in here about the kind of training they were doing, as well as their recovery routine and what they were eating to get the best out of themselves.
The interviewers also have a chat with some of the team’s carers and other support staff.
And there's also a nice bit of footage of the riders relaxing in the hotel and discussing their training rides before the off.
Because most cycling fans mostly only see these riders on their bikes when racing televised events, it's good to have a look at them in more civilian settings!
