
You might be surprised at the level of sugar in the coffee-based drinks and other hot beverages you buy in coffee shops, especially at this time of year when it's cold.
The boys and girls at Sky News have produced this snappy little clip revealing the very high levels of sugar in the coffee-based drinks for sale in some of the main café chains.
They've compared the level of sugar in selected drinks and compared it to the quantity of sugar in a can of coke; the black knight of the sugar debate.
The Sky News list is by no means exhaustive but we'll bet it will stop some of your in your tracks, and definitely force a change to your drinks buying patterns.
