Winter may be officially over since the arrival of the spring on February 1st, but it is still the season for coughing and spluttering.

There is nothing worse than training hard for months, or even for a shorter block, only for that effort to be scuppered by a bout of illness.

Being very fit and lean and training outdoors for long periods in the wet and cold all increase the chances of ailments that can floor us.
