Video: Need motivation? Watch this homeless bodybuilder and get off the pity potty

Being homeless is not obstacle for this 50-year-old man who lives on the streets of Paris and works out there.

Meet Frenchman Jacques Sayagh, a 50-year-old homeless man who lives on the streets of Paris.

The video below depicts his daily work-out routine, dubbed with a voice over encouraging viewers to get off the “pity potty” and stop making excuses for not getting into shape.

Okay, so it has absolutely nothing to do with cycling.

But despite the sun beating down on most parts of Ireland the last couple of days; if you’re still in need of motivation to get out there and get in shape then this is for you.

The original film was shot by director Julien Goudichaud and has gone viral.

With his dog for company, Sayagh works out on the streets and passers-by throw some money into his pot.
